Hi Matt,

Yes you are correct. I do not try to make mistakes on purpose and I do review and edit to remove most mistakes. However, I openly advocate people to consider using dragon naturally speaking 9 (the same engine btw that powers iDictate on the Mac as of a month or two ago).

Since I am advocating the use of the program and using the program, I kind of look at it as a transparent way to show the real skeletons in the closet with Dragon Naturally Speaking 9. I think it is a great program, but for my readers and for the people that happen by my blog or website, I do not want to sugar coat it.

So I tend to opt for displaying the good with the bad. :) Then when a helpful reader happens to point mistakes out, it is all for the better for everyone involved imho. :)

For this particular article, letting the DNS draft speak for itself seemed to be very appropriate at the time.

thank you for providing your helpful tips on how to get the most out of Dragon NaturallySpeaking nine, by I think it would behoove you to double check your words before you hit post. There are several mistakes in the text above. For instance, instead of the word delay, you typed the word DeLay. Instead of the word right, you type the the word rate. There are other mistakes as well.

Clearly, you made the same mistake you were warning about in the title to this post: you got overconfident.
