Vonage does a great job of providing an interactive forum for its customers and partners.

To describe their forums as complete is an understatement. They have set up forums that are targeted to general questions, they are targeted to country specific customers and issues, and there are many topics covering a massive amount of issues questions problems and insights into how to utilize the service to maximum advantage.

The best part about a Vonage forum and the aspect that is worthy of emulation (or an attempt to emulate) is the large degree of user participation and posting. This is a community that is very very active. This very high level of activity is a great example of how a forum can suceed to capture users passion and bring customers back for a repeat experience, without losing a customer 20 minutes after a box is opened. Too many people suffering from a Wal-mart like syndrome will purchase a product, misunderstand it and find themselves with no resources to get answers.

Their solution: Return the product.

Vonage on the other hand has a very large amount of information to available to consumers and even technophiles.
