		<description>Just a couple of things I can think of that should give the benefit of the doubt till facts are in:

Maybe it was a gift.  When you get a gift, especially an expensive one, you have to use it.

Maybe folks are using the word "Blackberry" synonymously with any similar device.  I work for a large corporation you'd recognize, and our name is ever in danger of losing trademark status due to its increasing generic use for all similar machines.</description>
