Firefox Tweaked browser allows for anonymous Surfing

A new Firefoxed tweak browser referred to as the Torpark browser has been endorsed by the Electronic Frontier Foundation and written about by PC World. The Torpark browser randomly assigns different IP addresses to an internet session as a user surfs. The browser works by sending encrypted data over the TOR (The Onion Router - a network of servers that randomly receive transfered data ).

Many website request and analytic scripts running in the background of a website capture information about where a visitor is coming from and where they are going tracking the identity of the surfer by their IP address which effectively names their connection or computer. TOR muddles this up and through the Torpark browser anyone can use its anonymous services even running the browser from a USB key.

A download of the browser is available at torpark.nfshost.com .
