Asus: 1 of 3 Origami OEM

Asus (Asustek Computers Inc.) is a Taiwan hardware manufacturer known for motherboards somewhat. They make laptops and an number of other items. They were one of three OEM’s at CeBit to introduce a new product under the Origami standard.

In addition to selling millions of mother boards, they’ve recently been moving into the LCD TV market. They do manufacture a host of other products from PDA’s to optical drives but you get the idea.

The case looks a little dull compared to the Samsung. This might not help it leave the shelf, however fingerprints on the case might not be as much of an issue either.
